Tech 42 was a strong partner in helping HealthNote migrate our AI Medical Receptionist from a VAPI-based system to a fully AWS-native architecture, building on prior assessment and proof-of-concept phases to deliver a production-ready deployment across our healthcare client base.
The team delivered a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline for staging and production deployment with rollback functionality, multi-channel voice agent support across voice, SMS, and web, and Telnyx-based failover to address a key redundancy requirement. They also deployed Langfuse V3 via Terraform with HIPAA-aligned security controls — AWS KMS encryption, private VPCs, IAM least-privilege, CloudTrail logging, and automated RDS backup with recovery documentation — along with a Bedrock Knowledge Base RAG evaluation report, an LLM-as-judge evaluation framework, and an example MCP server implementation.
